Tailored to your specific organisational contexts. I provide a three-day programme that is designed to help you develop your skills using discussions, presentations and negotiations. Once these skills are learnt and refreshed, I use innovative training methods to put all your practice into a participant-led simulation.
What does the programme look like?
The programme has a well-rounded and systematic approach to learning the fundamentals.
Day 1: As well as engaging in small talk, on the first day your group will lead and participate in a variety of targeted discussions. This will be an opportunity to share opinions, formulate ideas and engage in valuable communicative problem solving.
Day 2: We will explore the different styles and techniques you can use during presentations, including how to write an outline or introduction and how to successfully give the talk structure and substance. We will also work on your stage presence and body language, so you can deliver your presentation in the most engaging way possible.
Day 3: We will cover a variety of specialised soft skills, including relationship building and politeness strategies. We will also explore the difficult territory of negotiating, making and declining offers. The final day also includes a multi-skill simulation, in which participants can discuss, present and negotiate ideas to address a range of work-related issues or problems.
