In any team, struggling to communicate is a huge barrier to constructive problem solving and in a global environment, the pressure is increased. Within an international team, people will have excellent ideas but may have issues in formulating them clearly and communicating them to others. 
As a creative workshop specialist, I will assist you and your international teams to solve problems and find solutions through effective discussion and communication. I provide the opportunity to collaborate and discuss creative solutions to any problems you might be facing. ​

Workshop Content

In a creative, idea generation workshop,  I bring engagement strategies, active listening skills and effective questioning to share, develop and record ideas. Flip charts or empty chairs might make an appearance!
