When teams from different professional cultures and perspectives blend together, discuss challenges, share successes and work out solutions, great progress can be made. It is an opportunities for all participants to contribute their thoughts, feelings and ideas. 
By facilitating this exchange, I can help the whole team to develop clarity on their perspectives, learn from each other, set action points for the future.
Previously, I have worked with an international organisation in the nuclear security field to benchmark standards between nuclear and aviation security approaches.  ​I have also worked alongside an NGO in the prison education field to facilitate communication and learning between international and European prison teachers.​

Workshop Content

Working in partnership with you, I can:
  • Co-develop a programme and annotated agenda to structure the day effectively and meaningfully
  • Interview key stakeholders prior to event to gather any necessary information
  • Design different types of plenary and break-out workshops to maximise learning
  • Facilitate proceedings and moderate panel discussions
  • Prepare a facilitator’s report to provide any feedback or observations made
  • Adapt my style according to the setting and culture - participants may react better to a humorous and light-hearted tone, or they may engage better with serious, to-the-point proceedings.
