Government and Public Policy
English is the Lingua Franca for European and international public administration. I work with clients in government, parliament and across the public administration - as well as policy think tanks and government-funded agencies - to support and facilitate effective international communication. |
Non-profits and Social Impact Organisations
Globalisation means that we are all connected. Projects, networks and collaborations have an international dimension - and an international impact. I work with third-sector organisations to provide international communication support - helping you to achieve social impacts within a global community. |

For over 10 years, I have enjoyed a diverse career in the education and training field, and have collaborated with a exciting range of interesting people and organisations.
Initially working as a freelance English trainer for various institutes in Vienna, I moved into the field of education and training project management and content development, working on a number of EU-funded education projects in areas such as SME vocational training and language learning in prison. After completing an M.Sc. in Public Policy and Management, I moved to London and took up a role as a government official at the Department for Education. Since 2016, I have been back in Vienna and have sought to combine my backgrounds in English training, education and project management to provide professional services – from training and coaching, to workshop and conference facilitation, to translations and editing. I currently design and run seminars for spoken and written communication for clients in government and politics, the non-profit sector, and in research and academia. I have also lectured at the University of Vienna and taught at various Universities of Applied Sciences in Austria. As a PhD candidate at the University of Vienna, I am exploring the use of English for professional communication in government organisations. My main interests are in needs analysis, task performance, professional genres and institutional language interventions and their impacts on education and training. |
